Who we work for
Three kinds of client, three different problems.
A half-built tower, a lobby with three hundred residents and a store on a busy street don't need the same guard. We set up each post around the place it protects.
Property managers
Lobby and concierge posts, after-hours rounds of parking garages and common rooms, and someone who shows up when a fire panel or door alarm trips at 3 a.m.
Condo building securityBuilders and site supervisors
Guards on site once the crews leave, gate control during the day, and patrols that check fencing, trailers and equipment on a schedule you can see.
Construction site guardsStore owners
A uniformed guard on the floor during your busy hours, help at closing time, and night checks of doors, windows and back entrances.
Retail store guardsWhat we do
The full register of services.
- I
On-site guards
A licensed guard stationed at your construction site, condo building or retail store, for the hours you choose.
- II
Night mobile patrols
A patrol car visits your property through the night, checks it inside and out, and logs every stop.
- III
Event security
Guards for entrances, crowds, and the parking lot at private, community and corporate events.
- IV
Alarm response
When your alarm goes off, dispatch sends a guard to check the property so you don't have to.
Our standard

We are fully insured
Ridgeline carries full insurance, so the guard on your property is covered while they work.
