Services

Guards, patrols and alarm response.

Four services, set up around your property and your hours. Every guard we send holds an Ontario security guard licence, and every shift is backed by our 24/7 dispatch.

On-site guards

A guard stationed at your property for the hours you choose: overnight, weekends, a full week, or around the clock.

Construction sites

Sites are most exposed after the crews go home. A guard keeps watch over materials, tools and machines until the morning shift arrives.

  • Gate and access control
  • Rounds of fencing, trailers and stored equipment
  • Checks for open hoarding and unlocked containers
  • A written log of each shift

Condo buildings

For property managers and boards who want a steady, courteous presence in the lobby and someone checking the building at night.

  • Lobby or concierge post
  • Rounds of garages, stairwells and amenity rooms
  • Visitor and contractor sign-in
  • Incident reports for the property manager

Retail stores

A uniformed guard on the floor during your busiest hours, so staff can serve customers instead of watching the door.

  • A visible guard at the entrance or on the floor
  • Support for staff with difficult situations
  • Help with opening and closing
  • Notes on anything worth a closer look

Night mobile patrols

When a full-time guard is more than you need, a patrol visits your property several times through the night.

Each visit is a proper check, not a slow drive past. The guard gets out, walks the property, tries the doors, looks at the fence line and the lighting, and logs the stop. We agree the number of visits and the route with you before the first night.

Patrols suit plazas, parking lots, vacant buildings, sites between phases and stores after closing.

Event security

Guards for concerts, community festivals, private parties and corporate events. Tell us the venue, the expected crowd and the hours, and we'll suggest how many guards you need and where they should stand.

  • Entrance and ticket checks
  • Crowd watch and backstage or restricted areas
  • Parking lot and loading area cover
  • A guard who stays until the venue is clear

Alarm response

An alarm at 2 a.m. shouldn't mean you or your manager driving across town. Our dispatch sends a guard instead.

The alarm trips
Your monitoring company or your system alerts our 24/7 dispatch.
A guard attends
Dispatch sends a licensed guard to the property.
The check
The guard walks the outside, checks doors and windows, and goes inside if you've given access.
You hear back
You get a report of what was found. If police or fire are needed, the guard calls them.
